Approach

I offer a safe, non-judgmental and confidential environment where you can talk freely, without hesitation. I understand that one size does not fit all. My approach is very collaborative in nature, and the sessions will be shaped on the basis of your needs and goals.

 

I use an integrative approach, drawing primarily from person centred therapy. I also blend elements of expressive art, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness and narrative therapy, based on individual needs. 

 

A number of my clients have mentioned that learning to treat themselves with increased compassion is one of the most important things they have taken away from the counselling process. I am here to help you with:
