Groups and Workshops

I periodically conduct group sessions in the form of workshops related to self-care and better self-awareness. These group trainings are aimed at encouraging positive behaviours and building resilience. The topic area is explored in a small-group setting through experiential exercises. Some of the upcoming workshops are:

  • Developing a Self-care Plan that Works

  • Creative Stress-management Tools

  • Nurturing Mindful Relationships

  • Assertiveness - Learning to Say No
